Hedley-Doe Developments
In the late 80’s Hedley-Doe Developments was formed. Hedley Engineering and Robert Doe designed and developed the HD80T pump/ skimmer. After many hours in research and development the first 500mm wide units were manufactured around 2010. Pump tests proved the first units were very impressive and able to move 80 tons of water in 1 hour at 400 RPM. This led to the naming of the first units to HD80T.
With its unique features, such as the special impellers and spark free design, the HD80T is very well positioned for flood control and pollution control.
Unfortunately the market was not doing so well and the timing was not right for the HD80T. Fast forward to 2020. My father (Robert Doe) has passed away and Paul Dearnley from Hedley Engineering has retired. I believe that there is now a place in the market for the HD80T.
A few of the units exist and have been used successfully in production mode. I, Jeremy Doe am currently seeking investors who might be interested in carrying on and getting these units into full production mode.
With increasing global flooding and pollution cleanup needs, there is definitely a place in the market for the HD80T.
